Protected by a garden of centuries-old olive trees and immersed in the garden, the swimming pool is the heart of relaxation at Donna Carmela.

Expertly guided by Giuseppe Costanzo, barman of the Rizo Bar, guests will be able to experience the art of preparing three different cocktails using seasonal ingredients from the garden. The lesson will obviously be followed by a tasting!

Traditional flavours, the mastery of chef Piergiorgio Alecci, zero-km organic ingredients: this is the alchemy that transforms every dish into a discovery. Discovering its secrets also through the process of preparation.

Massages and beauty treatments by specialised personnel can be booked. Products from the Radicepura line are used: organic and biodegradable body oils and butters, of plant origin, containing natural surface-active agents and Sicilian fragrances.

The Fitness Room is ideal for those who don't want to give up their training, even on holiday. The room is equipped with "Technogym" equipment, exercise bikes, abdominal benches, dumbbells, treadmills.

The gym is accessible at any time and, upon prior request, it is possible to book a personal trainer.

For the more dynamic, there is a new padel court available, surrounded by the garden, where you can compete in exciting padel tournaments.

Access to the field is guaranteed with appropriate footwear for practising this sport. On prior request, it is possible to book an instructor.
