The kitchen of Donna Carmela’s restaurant is an atelier of traditional Sicilian flavours, masterfully reformulated by our chef. The extra-virgin olive oil is produced with olives from our grove; vegetables and fruit come directly from the resort's garden; meat and fish are selected together with our long-standing trustworthy suppliers.
