Our Chef

One of the most young and talented chef  in Italy, Andrea Macca is the Resident Chef at DonnaCarmela’s. Blessed by extraordinary passion, creativity and  experience, Andrea mixes tradition to international cuisine, creating unique dishes to experience with five senses. He scrupulously supervises his kitchen brigade as long as everything is at its best and welcomes his guests warmly.

Our Wines

What could be better than a glass of wine and some good company? DonnaCarmela’s extensive wine list, elegantly stored in a glass cellar, give you the opportunity to taste the best of Etna and Sicily. Our Sommelier is at your disposal to suggest the right wine to pair and to tell the story of  our excellent red Pietradolce Archineri and Etna Rosso Vigna Barbagalli, both awarded by the most famous Italian guides.
